We all – the Scottish Government and local agencies - have a responsibility to tackle antisocial behaviour more effectively. That’s why the Antisocial Behaviour etc (Scotland) Act has been brought in.
The Government is committed to supporting those of you who are working directly with local people in the fight against antisocial behaviour. We want to ensure that you are aware of the Act’s new powers and feel confident about using them.
